This week, one of our clients purchased an incredible 3-bedroom property with the vision of dividing it into two separate flats. It’s a great but challenging project, and we’re excited to be part of it. 

Week 2 of this 2-bedroom house to flats conversion. As you can see, we've made a great start on the rip-out phase of these conversions. The house has been brought back to its original bare state, and now we are beginning the process of completing the build.
